Catalyst OS · Managed AI for MSPs

Five modules. One operating layer.

Catalyst OS sits across your existing PSA, RMM, ticketing, and CRM stack and runs predictive workflows on the underlying data. Not a dashboard. Not a chatbot. The recurring work, done automatically.

The structural gap

The Business Layer Your Stack Was Never Built to Run

The vendors who built your PSA, RMM, and ticketing stack solved the technical-delivery problem brilliantly. What they didn’t solve — and weren’t asked to — is the business-operations layer on top: predicting which clients are at risk, generating proposals at margin, surfacing the deal flow you already have, telling your story. It’s the work owners and senior techs quietly absorb on nights and weekends. The market for this layer is structurally underserved, and that’s exactly where Catalyst OS sits.

In owner conversations and industry research, the recurring pattern is that client cancellations trace back to the QBR conversation — the conversation about value, not the delivery of it.

The first eleven MSPs come in through the Early Adopter Program. We know what it’s like to evaluate a new vendor as an owner-led shop — the budget is real, the past scars are real, and the time cost of getting it wrong is real. The Early Adopter Program is how we lower that risk with you: meaningful discounts, locked rates, shorter commits at the entry tier, and deliverables committed in writing before you sign. Annual contracts standard at retail; fees are published — no “book a call to discuss investment.”

Architecture principle

Built Multi-Tenant. Built on Your Stack.

Catalyst OS is multi-tenant from day one — your data and configuration live separately from every other customer’s. It reads your existing PSA, RMM, and CRM data through standard connectors, so you don’t replace your stack. You add an operating layer on top of it.

In the Early Adopter Program, some bespoke integration work is honest reality — that’s how new PSA and RMM connectors get built. We price that learning into the engagement, so you’re not subsidizing it. Every custom integration becomes part of the platform, and every Catalyst OS module ships to general-availability quality as configurable, not customizable. The architecture travels with you.
