Real work, names withheld.

We do not name a client, or show one of their numbers, until they have cleared it in writing. So the work is shown as it ran, with the parts that would identify them struck through.

The kitchen starts the day knowing exactly what is due.

Catering · people · Build software and AI applications

A catering company that sells a premium product needed ordering to feel the same as the food. We built the whole path an order takes.

The customer orders online. The kitchen sees what is due, with the prep list generated from the orders. Each order is tracked from checkout to the door, and the customer is told where it is at every step. The software runs the admin around the order; the kitchen still runs the kitchen.

What changed
Orders arrive online with the prep list already written, and every order is tracked from checkout to the door, with the customer told at each step.
What we left out
The company's name, its order volumes, the weeks it took and the price. They appear here only once the client clears them in writing.

More cases as clients clear them.
